Lions give health screenings

DESERT AIRE - Sagebrush Senior Center President Kathy Meredith invites and urges everyone to attend the free health screenings on April 22, sponsored by the Desert Aire-Mattawa Lions Club.
"The screenings are open to anyone in the community - not just seniors," she said. "If you need further information, you can call me at 932-4496 or 509-770-0626 and I'll try to answer questions."
The screenings will take place on Tuesday, April 22, from 9 a.m.-3 p.m. at the Sagebrush Senior Center, 441 Desert Aire Drive in Desert Aire.
The screenings will be conducted in the Lions Health Screening Unit (van). They will be for sight, hearing, blood pressure, glaucoma and diabetes.
