Moses Lake drivers might see delays

| November 13, 2012 5:00 AM

OLYMPIA - The state Department of Transportation announced two road projects that may delay traffic in Grant County this week.

Crews should be marking pavement along state Route 17 and Interstate 90 from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m., Monday through Wednesday. Drivers should expect flaggers at intersections and ramps between Kittleson Road and the I-90 interchange, and the Dodson Road exit off of the freeway.

Also, crews are expected Tuesday through Wednesday between the Vantage Bridge and George. Drivers can expect half-mile single-lane closures where materials lab crews will drill core samples to analyze pavement. The samples are to help future paving projects in the area.
