Sheriff to speak to historical society

EPHRATA - Grant County Sheriff Tom Jones will be the speaker at the heritage lunch of the Grant County Historical Society Board meeting on Tuesday, Feb. 14.
The GCHS will have its monthly board meeting at 10:30 a.m. at the Ephrata American Legion at 276 Eighth Ave. The heritage lunch will follow.
Jones will speak about the present and future of programs that affect citizens of the county and the state.
If you wish to have lunch, you are asked to call the American Legion at 754-2761. For questions, call Rita Mayrant at 750-4555.
