NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR SEASONAL CHANGE/TRANSFER OF WATER RIGHT UNDER ONE (1) GROUND WATER CERTIFICATE 2014-A
TAKE NOTICE:
That Michele Kiesz of Ritzville WA has made application for seasonal change/transfer of water right in order to seasonally change a portion of the place of use and add two points of withdrawal as granted under Ground Water Certificate No. 2014-A.
That Ground Water Certificate 2014-A authorizes the withdrawal of 600 gallons per minute, 320 acre-feet per year for irrigation of 80 acres within the NE1/4 of Section 16, T. 19 N., R. 31 E.W.M., Adams County Washington.
That the authorized point of withdrawal is from a well located within the S1/2NE1/4 of Section 16, T. 19 N., R. 31 E.W.M. Adams County.
That they propose to add two existing wells within the NW1/4 of Section 31, T. 19 N., R. 31 E.W.M. Adams County and SE1/4SE1/4 of Section 24, T. 19 N., R. 30 E.W.M. Grant County and seasonally transfer the place of use (80 acres) under RCW 90.03.390 to a the N1/2 of Section 32 T. 19 N., R. 31 E.W.M. Adams County, Washington.
Protests or objections to approval of this application must include a detailed statement of the basis for objections; protests must be accompanied by a fifty-($50.00) dollar recording fee and filed with the Department of Ecology, at the address shown below, within thirty (30) days from February 10, 2012.
