Notice is hereby given that the Warden City Council will hold a Public Hearing on Ad Valorem Taxes for the 2010 Budget year. The hearing shall include consideration of possible increases in property tax revenues allowed by law. The hearing will be held on November 24, 2009 at 7:00 PM at Warden City Hall, 201 So. The preliminary budget for the 2010 Fiscal Year has been filed with the City Clerk. Copies of the preliminary budget may be obtained from the Clerk's Office at City Hall during normal business hours after November 16, 2009.

The Mayor and Council of the City of Warden will hold a Public Hearing concerning the adoption of the Final budget for the 2010 Fiscal Year on November 24, 2009.
