The Personal Representative named below has been appointed as personal representative of this Estate. Any person having a claim against Decedent that arose before Decedent's death must, before the time the claim would be barred by any otherwise applicable statute of limitations, present the claim in the manner as provided in RCW Ch. 11.40.070 by: (a) Serving on or mailing to the Personal Representative or the Personal Representative's attorney at the address stated below a copy of the claim; and (b) filing the original of the claim with the Court. The claim must be presented within the later of: (a) Thirty (30) days after the Personal Representative served or mailed the notice to the claimant as provided under RCW Ch. 11.40.020(3); or (b) four (4) months after the date of first publication of the probate notice to the creditors. If the claim is not presented within this time frame, the claim will be forever barred, except as otherwise provided in RCW Ch. 11.40.051 and 11.40.060. This bar is effective as to claims against both Decedent's probate and non-probate assets.

Notice is hereby given that a Variance Application was received on April 14, 2008 from David Kuchera and was found to be technically complete and preliminarily appears to be consistent with the Unified Development Code and other applicable State and local requirements as of April 29, 2008. NOTICE
"In accordance with RCW 53.12.140, Vacancies; and RCW 42.12.070, Vacancy and Filling of Non-Partisan Vacancies, the Port of Moses Lake does officially declare that there is a vacancy on the Port Board. The position is considered non-partisan and is located in District #2, which consists of voting precincts 8, 11, 12, Cascade Valley and Cascade Fairgrounds. Any person who is a registered voter within this District must submit their request for consideration and qualifications in writing to the President of the Board of Commissioners, Port of Moses Lake, 7810 Andrews St. NE, Suite 200, Moses Lake, WA 98837-3204, no later than May 30, 2008. In accordance with the above mentioned RCW, the Board of Commissioners must appoint a replacement within 90 days of the declaration of vacancy. The candidate that is appointed by the Port Board must file a Public Disclosure, and will be required to run in the November General Election in 2009. The term of candidacy will be for the remaining two (2) years of the six (6) year term."
