NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT A CLOSED RECORD PUBLIC HEARING WILL BE HELD May 15, 2007 at 9:30 am in the Commissioners Hearing Room, Grant County Courthouse, Ephrata, WA regarding a Reasonable Use Exception application from Charles Tudor to enable construction of a shop and residential living quarters on a 4.14-acre parcel in the Agriculture Zoning District. The parcel is located just NW of the intersection of Mae Valley Rd and Rd C-NE, and is in the SE quarter of S 21, T 19 N, R 27 E, W M (Parcel no. 21-1312-001). Any interested persons may appear regarding these matters.
