Valerie Kay Harvey our beloved mother, grandmother, daughter, sister and friend passed away Oct. 20, 2006.

She was born September 29, 1949 to Lester and Thelma Keizer at Wilbur. She attended many schools, as her father was an ironworker. She attended beauty school in Spokane and Big Bend Community College in Moses Lake. She was employed at BBCC until disabled by her illness.

Valerie enjoyed crafts, karaoke, dancing, playing drum, spending time with family and having fun. She had a great love for animals.

Her father, Lester L. Keizer, preceded Valerie in death. She is survived by her mother Thelma M. Keizer of Coulee City; three children: Bill Woodson (Regina) of Cummings, GA., Tiffany and Tatum Harvey of Moses Lake; six grandchildren: Josh and Jeremy Wright, Drey Woodson, Desiree and Elliot Isaacson and Evan Valdez; four brothers: John Keizer (Linda) of Sumner, Mike Keizer (Darley) of Benton City, Bob Keizer (Donna) of Kennewick, Bill Keizer of Spokane and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.

Memorial service will be held Oct. 27 at the Elks Lodge, 814 N. Stratford Road, Moses Lake at 1 p.m. Any questions contact Jane Pierpoint at 765-4355. In lieu of flowers send donations to the American Cancer Society.
