The Department of Natural
Resources will offer for sale a
water certificate authorizing use of
up to 1370 acre feet per year.
Current point of withdrawal is in
Adams County near Hatton;
successful bidder will have to file a
change application with DOE.
Closing will be contingent upon
approval of the application. Sale
will be by oral bid at public auction
to be held on February 8, 2006 at
10:30 a.m. on the front steps of the
Adams County Courthouse, 210
W. Broadway, Ritzville, WA,
