PUBLIC NOTICE

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT A CLOSED RECORD PUBLIC HEARING WILL BE HELD August 22, 2006 at 3:00 pm in the Commissioners Hearing Room, Grant County Courthouse, Ephrata, WA regarding an application from Ron Clemenshaw for a proposed amendment to the Master Planned Resort previously approved for Crescent Ridge Ranch, to further elaborate on the general use of the area and to further identify the number and type of housing units and amenities in an area not previously identified. The location site is a portion of S 18, T 20 N, R 23 E, W M, Crescent Bar, Quincy, WA. Any interested persons may appear regarding these matters.
