An ordinance amending Chapter 13.08 of the Moses Lake Municipal Code entitled "Water and Sewer Connections"

The Moses Lake City Council adopted an ordinance establishes reimbursements charges for the sewer main constructed as part of the Operations Infrastructure Project.

This ordinance, which was passed on April 25, 2006 will be in force five days after publication.
