Vickey Melcher a good choice for school board

Print Article

I have known Vickey Melcher for almost 15 years both professionally and personally. In that time I have observed her dedicated work ethic, her passionate regard for students and her untiring commitment to improving our community. She is a rare combination of honesty, civic sensibility and enthusiasm as evidenced by her work on numerous committees, her volunteerism and her church activities.

As a teacher, and the Department Chair of the Special Education Department at Moses Lake High School, she also demonstrated her organizational abilities and her energy towards getting things done. She is fully capable of not only seeing the “big picture” but also staying focused on the many details that accompany the hard decisions. I wholeheartedly endorse Vickey Melcher for School Board Position #No. 2.
