Notice of Application and Proposed DNS February 26, 2018 Notice is hereby given that Grant County has received a SEPA checklist from Big Bend Community College (Designated Contact: James Sauceda, 7662 Chanute Street NE, Moses Lake, WA 98837) and determined the application to be technically complete on 2/20/18. Grant County expects to issue a Determination of Non-Significance for this proposal, and the Optional DNS Process in WAC 197-11-355 is being used.
