Grant County expects to issue a Determination of Non-Significance for this proposal, and the Optional DNS Process in WAC 197-11-355 is being used. NOTICE TO CONTRACTORS Sealed bids, plainly marked "BID FOR DODSON ROAD OVERLAY PROJECT, CRP 16-04", will be received by Grant County at the Office of the Board of County Commissioners located in the County Courthouse, P.O.
