Rehearsal for “Little Lion, Little Lamb” begins Thursday evening, Sept. 28 at Pilgrim Lutheran Church. Practice runs from 7:30 to 9:15 p.m. Participants do not have to join to audition; just bring a love of music and singing with many of your friends from Othello and surrounding areas. Bob Reichert directs the cantata and can be reached at 509-793-6837.

There is also a Children’s Choir directed by Donna Reichert. Kids in third through eighth grades are invited to join. Practice for the Children’s Choir begins Saturday, Oct. 14 at Reichert’s Showhouse, 10:30 — 11:45 a.m. The contact number for Donna is 509-750-6704.

This annual cantata has been a tradition for nearly four decades in Othello and is for many an opening of the Christmas season.

People wanting more information on performance dates and times can call Bob or Donna Reichert at the above numbers.
