Administrative Services Coordinator in the amount of $886,231.00 for t he Grants Administration Fund #190 to receive and spend a new Washington State Department of Commerce Consolidated Homeless Grant No. 17-46108-10 for pass through funding for the Housing Authority of Grant County. New Hope in the amount of $15,000.00 to cover a portion of the costs for the purchase of a 2017 Dodge Grand Caravan, using the Washington State Department of Enterprise Services contract. INVITATION TO BID Published - Legal Notice NOTICE TO CONTRACTORS Sealed bids will be received from qualified roofing contractors by the Port of Moses Lake, 7810 Andrews St. NE, Suite 200, Moses Lake, Washington, 98837, until 11:00 a.m., October 6, 2017, for the specified roofing work on the POML T-Hangars - Buildings #-400, #-402, #403, located at the Grant County International Airport, Moses Lake, Washington. Bids received after this time will not be considered. Each bid must be submitted on the prescribed Bid Form provided within the Specification Documents in the manner provided in the Instructions to Bidders. Bids must be accompanied by Bid security as prescribed in the Instruction to Bidders, payable to the Owner in an amount no less than five percent (5%) of the amount of Bid. BID EXTENSION: The POML shall have the authority to extend the bidding process prior to the advertised Bid opening with the stipulation that the extension be noted a minimum of forty-eight (48) hours prior to the published Bid opening. Any/all extensions are the sole judgment of the POML and their agent and/or representative. All other instructions and information remain the same unless specifically noted in the extension notification and/or subsequent bid process addenda. Attendees at mandatory pre-bid shall be notified by electronic mail (e-mail) of the extension. The Port of Moses Lake shall not be responsible for any delay in the notification process and will make every effort via their agent to notify the attendees of the extension.
