NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING SEPTEMBER 11th, 2017 BEFORE THE LINCOLN COUNTY WATER CONSERVANCY BOARD LINCOLN COUNTY, WASHINGTON Notice of Public Hearing for Application to Change point of withdrawal and place of use under Water Right Certificate Nos. G3-01216C and G3-21124C from Lincoln County, Washington to Grant County, Washington. TAKE NOTICE: That on May 8th, 2017 and August 14th, 2017, Round Lake Farms, LLC of Soap Lake, Washington filed application number LINC-17-01 and LINC-17-02, respectively, with the Lincoln County Water Conservancy Board to change/add point of diversion/withdrawal and place of use under Water Right Certificate Nos. G3-01216C and G3-21124C. These change applications involve the transfer of said water right from a location in Lincoln County to a new point of withdrawal and use in Grant County. The Lincoln County Water Conservancy Board will hold a public hearing to receive any comments or testimony on the above referenced water right transfer from the two sites located in Lincoln County to a site approximately seven miles east of Soap Lake in Grant County. The Public Hearing will be held at 9:00 a.m. on September 11th, 2017 within the Lincoln County Water Conservancy Board meeting on the third level of the County Courthouse, 450 Logan Street, Davenport, Washington. Any interested party may submit comments, objections, and other information to the board regarding this water right transfer application.
