‘78 years of prayers’
Memorial Christian Church in Ephrata will be closing its doors this year after nearly eight decades of serving the community. During its time the congregation moved the pictured building from the military base in Ephrata to its current foundation, saw baptisms, weddings and funerals and did as much as it was able to support community members through life’s challenges.

EPHRATA — After more than 70 years, Ephrata’s Memorial Christian Church will soon shut down after decades of service to the community, Pastor Don Dunn and church elders said in an interview with the Columbia Basin Herald last week.
