LETTER: Change needed at dangerous intersection

Another accident today at the intersection of Wheeler and Road L. Lots of accidents, plus the traffic is getting bad there again. When is the city, county or state going to do something about that intersection? The rumble strips and stop sign lighting don't help with the amount of traffic and, apparently, don't help that much with accidents either.
